Define a schedule that renders any QWeb PDF report or exports any model to XLSX or CSV, then emails it to a list of recipients on a daily, weekly or monthly cadence. Built entirely on Odoo's own mail and report engines — no external services.

Render any QWeb PDF report, or export any model and field set to XLSX or CSV, with custom column headers.
Flexible Cadence
Daily, weekly (pick the weekday) or monthly (pick the day) with a send hour, all driven by a single master cron that fans out to due schedules.
Dynamic Selection
A saved filter domain plus an optional relative date window (e.g. "last 7 days") so each run picks fresh records, up to a record limit.
Recipient Lists
Send to internal users and free-form email addresses, with per-recipient delivery status so you know exactly who received the report.
Run History
Every run is logged with status, record count, attachment name and size and any error, so you can prove a report went out — or see why it did not.
Run Now & Test
A run-now button and a test-send wizard preview the output to yourself before you commit a schedule to live recipients.
More Than Subscriptions
Native report subscription is thin. This adds export formats, dynamic date windows, recipient lists and full delivery history.
Self-Contained
Uses Odoo's own mail and report engines, so there is nothing external to host, license or trust with your data.
