EU Backup Verify

Backup jobs -- schedule a real database dump (and optional filestore), produced by Odoo's own backup service (pg_dump), on a cron cadence and upload it to the customer's own EU-region storage: a local directory, an S3-compatible bucket (boto3) or SFTP (paramiko). Credentials are BYOK and the storage region is recorded and checked against an EU-region allow-list. Backup runs -- each execution produces the real dump, records its exact size, duration and SHA-256 checksum, uploads it to storage and captures a table/row-count fingerprint for drift comparison, with a draft -> running -> done/failed state flow and a GFS retention policy that prunes old runs and deletes their stored files. Restore-test -- the heart of the module: it re-reads the actual stored dump back from the storage target, validates the dump container, recomputes and compares the SHA-256 checksum, and (when enabled) performs a real test-restore of the dump into a throwaway scratch database and confirms the schema came back, producing a pass/fail restore-test report with RPO/RTO metrics. Verification report & alerts -- a compliance dashboard shows last good backup, last successful restore-test, oldest untested backup and EU-region conformity; overdue verifications schedule a To-Do activity for the backup managers.
