EU RGPD Purge

Capabilities Retention policy table per data category and country. Ready-to-use presets ship for the models present in every Odoo (res.partner, res.users.log): FR (CNIL) prospects 3 years from last contact, ex-customer data 3 years after the commercial relationship and connection/access logs 12 months; BE (APD/GBA) prospects on the GDPR base period; NL (AP) prospects on the AVG base period. The same table is fully configurable for any other category - job-candidate CVs, former employees, marketing consent, video-surveillance: add a policy pointing at your own model, date field and domain to enforce e.g. the CNIL 2-year rule for unsuccessful candidates, the BE 3-year candidate rule, the NL 4-weeks / 1-year sollicitatiegegevens rule or a 30-day video-surveillance rule. Scan engine: evaluates a policy against any model + date field + filter domain, listing the over-retained records and their age. Purge actions: anonymise (blank/mask configured fields) or unlink, run in a logged batch with draft -> simulated -> executed states; a dry-run shows exactly what would change before anything is touched. Evidence log: append-only record of policy, model, record count, action, operator and timestamp; exportable as JSON for a DPO file.
