Fee, insurance estimate and patient out-of-pocket computed per procedure, per phase and per plan, with an estimated-insurance coverage percentage. Patient acceptance capture: signature, accepting person and timestamp, with a live case-acceptance percentage (accepted fees / presented fees). Recall automation: every completed procedure whose type carries a recall interval schedules the next recall automatically, deduplicated per patient. Reminder cadence with escalation: a daily scheduled action walks due recalls through first / second / final reminders across email and SMS channels and flags the overdue ones.
