Structured job card with a full field-service lifecycle (draft, assigned, in progress, on hold, done, customer-signed). Dynamic checklist templates with pass / fail / N-A / numeric / rating / text responses and per-question rules: required, required-photo (never / always / on-fail) and automatic follow-up creation on failure. Required-photo enforcement that blocks completion when a failing or mandatory answer has no photo attached. Timed labor punch in / out with GPS check-in and check-out stamps and costed duration roll-up. Parts consumption from the technician van with priced, billable lines. Geo-tagged, annotated before / after / issue photos. Customer signature capture with signer name and timestamp. Failure-to-follow-up automation: every failed inspection answer can spawn a tracked follow-up task with priority and due date. Auto-generated, print-ready field service report (QWeb PDF) with checklist results, labor, parts, photos and the customer signature. Offline-capable data model: client UUID, device id, sync version and a last-writer / conflict sync endpoint for mobile clients.
