Define a reusable grid for any model, choose the columns, then key rows in fast or paste a block straight from Excel or Google Sheets. A staging buffer validates everything row-by-row before a single clean commit — no half-baked records.

Pick a target model and an ordered set of columns (any stored field), with optional defaults, required flags and custom headers.
Auto-load columns
Populate a grid’s columns automatically from the model’s required and common stored fields in one click.
Staging buffer
Rows are held as editable cells in a batch before commit, so you can review and fix validation errors without touching live data.
Paste engine
Parses tab- or comma-separated clipboard text. By default columns are mapped by position. Tick “Has header” and the engine matches each header cell to a column by label or field name — columns in any order, extra columns silently ignored. Per-row errors are reported inline.
Type coercion
Coerces values to the right field type — numbers, dates, booleans, selections and many2one by name — flagging anything it cannot resolve.
One-click commit
Creates all valid rows in a single transaction; invalid rows stay in the buffer with a clear error reason. Committed rows show an “Open Record” button that navigates directly to the created record.
