The Subscriptions app is Enterprise-only — this module brings a complete recurring-revenue engine to Odoo Community. Define plans with flexible billing periods, sign customers up, and let the engine generate renewal invoices automatically. It computes Monthly and Annual Recurring Revenue per subscription, plan and company, handles upgrades and downgrades with proration, and tracks the classic SaaS MRR movement waterfall.

Subscription plans with a recurrence interval and unit (day/week/month/year), default price, optional commitment term and auto-invoice-on-renewal switch.
MRR & ARR
Every subscription computes Monthly and Annual Recurring Revenue, rolled up per plan, per customer and per company for instant recurring-revenue visibility.
Auto Invoicing
A renewal cron invoices due subscriptions on their next-invoice date and schedules a To-Do activity on any subscription whose committed term ends within 30 days, highlighting it in amber in the list view.
Upgrades & Proration
A change wizard handles mid-term upgrades and downgrades with automatic proration credits and charges, so customers are billed fairly for partial periods.
Pause, Resume & Churn
Pause and resume subscriptions, then close them with a churn reason, keeping the lifecycle and the recurring-revenue impact clean.
MRR Movement Log
A snapshot model records new, expansion, contraction, churn and reactivation movements — the SaaS waterfall, without the Enterprise app.
