MOF electronic uniform invoice — MIG 4.0 XML, BAN checksum, dual QR & BYOK upload
Issue Taiwan eGUI (電子發票) documents to the Ministry of Finance e-invoice platform under the MIG 4.0 guideline, mandatory from 1 January 2026. Built on the shared e-invoicing engine — for Odoo 18 and 19.
MIG 4.0 XML Generation
Produces the MOF Invoice message (Main / Details /
Amount) for customer invoices and credit notes, with taxable,
zero-rated and exempt tax-type mapping and TWD whole-dollar
amount formatting.
Real BAN Check-Digit
The 8-digit Unified Business Number (統一編號) is validated with the official MOF check-digit algorithm — weighted digit-sum, mod-10, and the documented 7th-digit special case — for the company and every business buyer.
Dual eGUI QR Codes
Builds the left and right QR-code payloads per the MOF specification — ROC date, hex-encoded amounts, item detail — rendered to PNG for your proof-of-invoice template.
B2C, Carriers & Donations
Handles consumer invoices with the reserved buyer identifier, cloud-invoice carriers (載具) and lottery donation codes (愛心碼), validated before issuance.
BYOK Upload to the MOF
Upload to a MOF value-added-centre / Turnkey gateway with sandbox & production switching, automatic retries and full transport logging. Official MOF hosts are pre-filled as editable defaults; your credentials stay on your database.
Guided Onboarding
An onboarding wizard captures your BAN, invoice track and gateway credentials, then a Generate / Upload workflow on the invoice routes everything through the shared e-invoicing document.
Compliance & Disclosure
Invoice data is transmitted only to the MOF value-added centre / Turnkey gateway you configure, using your own credentials. No invoice data is sent anywhere else, and no credentials are bundled with the module.
