Themeable, multilingual transactional email layouts with live preview and branding
Out of the box, Odoo's transactional emails are functional but plain — and customising them means hand-editing QWeb and inline CSS for every template. This module gives marketing and operations teams a reusable brand profile (logo, colours, fonts, footer, social links) and a library of layout themes that compile to email-client-safe inline HTML, then binds them to any of your existing mail templates. Everything runs inside Odoo's own mail engine — there is no third-party sending service and no vendor lock-in.

Reusable Brand Profiles
Define logo, primary/secondary/background/text colours, font family, button radius, a header tagline, a footer block, address and social links (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, website). Mark one profile as the company default and reuse it everywhere.
Email Layout Themes
Choose from header-banner, hero, card or plain layout styles with a configurable content width, optional logo, footer and social rows, hero heading/subheading and custom CSS. Themes render to inline HTML that survives Outlook, Gmail and Apple Mail.
Per-Language Overrides
Attach language-specific subject and body overrides to a binding so each customer receives the email in their own language — with a uniqueness guard so a language is never defined twice.
Live Preview & Send-Test
A preview wizard renders the final branded HTML against a sample record so you iterate without spamming real recipients, and stores the last preview on the binding for quick review.
One-Click Template Binding
Bind any mail.template to a theme + brand from the template form. The mail engine's render is wrapped automatically, so existing automated emails inherit your branding with no flow changes.
Completeness Audit
Audit a single binding or every binding at once to surface missing translations, themes or brand profiles before you go live.
Native, Not a Gateway
No SendGrid, Mailchimp or external rendering service. Branding is injected into Odoo's own _render_template path, so deliverability and data stay yours.
Client-Safe HTML
Layouts compile to inline-styled, table-based HTML built for the quirks of real email clients — not fragile modern CSS that breaks in Outlook.
