Why Choose This Module
Most POS setups apply a single flat tax, which mis-states sales the moment you ship across a county or city line, run a back-to-school tax holiday, or serve a resale / non-profit customer. This module makes your Point of Sale US jurisdiction-aware: when an order is paid it resolves the applicable jurisdiction, records the combined rate with a full state/county/city/district breakdown on the order and its lines, and rolls the collected tax up into a filing-ready reconciliation worksheet -- all without any metered, per-transaction tax API. It records and reconciles the correct jurisdiction tax on each order; it does not replace Odoo's own tax engine on the sale line.
